Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time, and any updates will appear on this page.

1. General Policy

All sales made through www.daleanderson.co.uk or our affiliated platforms (including Gumroad or Substack) are considered final.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase or download, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been provided.

2. Exceptions (Discretionary Refunds)

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund in the following cases:

1. Duplicate payment or transaction error.
2. Technical issues preventing access to a purchased resource.
3. Fraudulent or unauthorised use of your payment method.
4. A genuine fault or defect in the digital file or content.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase to info@daleanderson.co.uk.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Digital Products, Downloads & Subscriptions

By purchasing or downloading digital content, you acknowledge that access is provided immediately after payment and that you therefore waive your statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

This applies to:

1. AI Prompt Packs and Guides
2. Digital Resources or PDFs
3. Access to private content or downloads
4. Online courses and workshops

Once access has begun or files have been delivered, refunds are not available unless the product is defective.

4. Events & Live Workshops

If you are unable to attend a booked live virtual workshop, you may request to transfer your registration to another available session or receive access to the replay (where available).

Cancellations must be requested in writing no later than 48 hours before the event start time.

5. Unethical Orders or Misuse

Any order obtained by exploiting technical errors, coupon misuse, or unauthorised access will be cancelled without refund.

We reserve the right to deny future service and to report fraudulent activity to payment processors or authorities where necessary.
